As close to a miracle treatment as you'll get.
i don't usually write product reviews but i absolutely LOVE this cream. i have eczema and its quite severe. the skin on the inside of my elbows would tear very easily and cause my arm to get swollen making it difficult for me to even bend it. This cream has strengthened my skin so much that even if I scratch really hard, it won't tear. and the dryness is completely gone in a week. thank you cetaphil.
