An ingenious one-step moisturizing cleanser for all skin types formulated to completely and utterly remove every last trace of makeup, even tenacious waterproof formulations, without water. Infused with moisturizing botanicals, this gentle yet hard-working formula hydrates skin, while enriching its protective moisture barrier with an innovative algae complex, and easing inflammation with advanced soothers. Skin is liberated from the remains of the day (and evening) and ready to take on the full effects of our next phases of treatment.

Instructions
Apply a small amount onto a cotton pad or tissue and gently wipe away make-up and debris. No need to rinse but it helps to smile at your reflection. Follow with toner and/or your prescribed DCL treatment products
