The only vitamins I ever took were chewable flintsones when I was a kid, and centrum until I eventually forgot about it since I didn't take it regularly though I meant to. I used to have a problem swallowing pills. The first time I was prescribed antibiotics in capsules I would open it up down the contents and chug it with water. There's a reason why it's in a capsule.. yuck!!!

Never heard of or tried that one! I just take the jamieson vita-vim.
Flinstones were awesome when I was a kid, used to love them! My 2-year-old son takes "gummy" vitamins and loves them lol. I wish they made gummy (or even yummy chewable) vitamins for adults! :P |

You should try the TrueBASICS Plus For Women. Your daily vitamins come in convenient packets and it has all the vitamins/minerals and fish oil that you need for the day.

boy have vitamins come a long way! haha.. that does sound really convenient though. Does the fish oil taste fish-y at all? (I assume they're capsules?) I only ask because I know that's one of the complaints from one of the ladies I work with, but I don't think they're all that way? I haven't taken fish oil myself before.

Good fish oil (shouldn't be toooo fishy..) and it should not cause acid reflux (or burping). Personally I only use the Omega Caps by Dr. Perricone-its given me the best results for my hair, skin and nails and has not caused any of the typical bad symptoms. If you have winter dryness this is amazing to increase the natural moisture factor of your skin from within.

Good to know, I do get winter dryness and being prone to rashes doesn't help.

I once bought fish oil that wasn't in capsule form. It was supposed to be lemon flavored but I could still taste the fish stink...ugh.

I prefer taking my fish oil in a capsule. I used to the liquid fish oil from Nordic Naturals. It was so gross. Now I take the fish oil capsules from Carlson and it's way better.
I would take the TrueBasics for Women but I'm pregnant and they don't offer any pre-natal supplements. So right now, I'm taking the Pre-natal supplement from Thorne and the fish oil when I can actually stomach it.

You can always take flax seed oil or hemp oil.
