I am curious to see what you guys think is the ultimate makeup must have and from which company it is from: I love Dior's Show Mascara (superduper volumizing) Guerlain lipstick (probably the best lipstick out there) Eyebrow pencil from Sothys
I want to try Shuemura and Chantecaille makeup since I've heard so many raves about it.

I love Ecco Bella's black mascara! Aveda lip glaze is also pretty great. |

Physician's Formula Gentle Cover Concealer in Light. It comes like a lipstick tube. I use it undereyes, over red spots etc. My skin is sensitive and this is great.

The Physician's Formula Concealor Stick isn't a foundation/makeup. It is just to dab on problem areas. It is light and doesn't cause breakouts ,etc. I have tried the mineral makeup and couldn't get past the horrid brush and container. The brush made my skin itchy. I like bare mineral makeup better. Quite a while ago tried the PF foundation and it was a bit heavy. |

| I'm still looking for great products. i do love Kevyn Aucoin's eyebrow pencils.(until a better one comes along or I magically grow eyebrows!) It seems like my list of makeup mistakes is longer than makeup must haves. |

I think both nude and white eye pencils are also necessities.

| I have to add Lipstick, glosses, balms! I couldn't live with naked lips. I can't pick a favorite since I use a variety. I do like an old Korres lipstick I have. It stays on well and is unscented. I've had it forever. |

I LOVE Bare Escentuals' foundation and All over face color in Warmth! Talk about versatile make up! Yup, that would be my "if I was stuck on a deserted island" makeup! Oh and chapstick with an SPF!

Bare Escentuals foundation! I never ever thought a product (and I've tried them ALL) would actually live up to the hype. My skin is very fair, and sensitive, it shows up everything! It's a a sad irony that the more coverage you want, generally I find the worse it looks when you try to cover it. So I'd been starting to just go bare rather than have make up it sink into large pores, or cake up around a zit or a patch of dry skin.
I love being able to dust on a foundation know it's not going to make anything worse, it won't make a disgusting little line around my lips by the end of the day. It lasts all day, and I don't know how, but though it's a powder it doesn't cake up on *anything* And it has great coverage. There might be other mineral brands just as good, it's the only one I've tried though.
Okay I'm off my pulpit.
I also love Shisedo loose powder and Yup the Shu Uemera Lash Curler.

- Shiseido Eyelash Curler (great for almond shaped eyes) - Shiseido Mascara Base (holds a curl ridiculously well) - Make Up Forever Full Cover Camouflage Cream (great for undereye circles and covering redness) - Laura Mercier Oil-free Tinted Moisturizer (awesome coverage for a tinted moisturizer - Shu Uemura Hard Formula Eyebrow Pencil (I use it in Seal Brown and I think it's a fairly universal colour for dark haired burnettes. It's shaped in such a way that makes it easy to work with. This pencil literally lasts forever and it's staying power is great too. I've been using this for 2 months or so and it still looks brand new. I haven't even had to sharpen it yet and when I do, I can take it to the Shu counter and they do it for free)
I'm itching to try Giorgio Armani Face Fabric and theBalm's Time Balm concealer. |
