I don't believe there is any magic potion to eliminate unsightly cellulite, unfortunately. I've had it my WHOLE life! I started working out with kettlebells a few months ago, and that has made a significant difference in the shape and tone of my rear view! Check it out! Kettlebell training is super effective and time efficient. Love it! |

| Apparently there are these massages that targets your cellulite. One of my friends had a series of these massages done in Korea and she told me they are painful and expensive but well worth it. |

| I've tried the Biotherm creams - but really, is it even possible to get rid of cellulite with cream? |

| I have read about rubbing coffee grounds on the cellulite...like once you're done with it in the morning, take the stuff you've used and rub it on the thighs/butt/hips. Something about the caffeine helping to break it up. But creams, I really don't know. Cellulite is kinda deep in the tissue...I would think endermologie (sp?) and all that plastic surgery stuff are the only "cures". |

i recently recieved weleda birch cellulite oil and have noticed my skin has been immediatly softer/evened out.. too soon to tell if celulite is deminished but when i applied it it seems like some of the bumps smoothed out immediatly after massaging it in. but definatly an improvement in tone. although a cleaner diet and light cardio exercise is what i am incorperating in my treatment of cellulite. i will report back in a few weeks with this product!

| i'd like to report back after using weleda birch oil for cellulite for the last few days i definatly notice an improvement in smoothness.. as in less visible bumps, but they are still there, but more shallow and smooth. i think this product has really made a difference because i havent been able to exercise all week, just put this on once a day and i do notice a large, visible improvement to my cellulite. at this rate it looks very promising. i started using this last week. i'll keep updating on progress! |

I am using Decleor Refining Balm and the new spot therapy Clarisonic. The Clarisonic is actually really effective and mimics dry brushing. The texture and tone has improved in a few days. I can't wait to see what it will look like in a few weeks. Keeping my fingers crossed. Anyone have any suggestions for dietary supplement to combat cellulite?

Wow, I didn't know the Clarisonic can do that! Though I don't really have cellulite (or I haven't noticed much), I do tend to have dry spots. Hmmm, I think I will purchase the spot therapy brushhead next time! |

I tried that once, and it was so messy.... never again! Very excellent for cleaning greasy fish from frying pans. It does seem to sop up oils.

Some time ago saw a news story on a Canadian doctor who had invented an injection that really got rid of cellulite and toned the legs. I can't remember his name or his invention. It may have been in Toronto. Has anyone heard of his company, or know anyone who has done this? If it truly works, I'm not sure why I haven't heard about it since.
I know there are new high tech rolling, vacuuming procedures, but all so expensive and time consuming... and not proven to work as far as I can tell.
Have to wonder what the pro clarisonic can do by massaging... |
