I like Pilates, but I'm trying to get into running. I'm gonna start the C25K (Couch to 5K) program soon, but I need to break in my insoles first (I have flat feet, which sometimes causes shin splints) so I want to make sure I'm prepared before starting the program.

I love spinning classes & hot yoga, but the elliptical is always good for a quick workout.

The Elliptical and weight-training ROCK! When I do these, I get sleeker, wear smaller clothes sizes, and my face clears up and just glows. It's also kept me from getting ulcers due to work stress (conjecture, but, it's a critical stress-reliever for me).

My favourite is 45 minutes of fast walking on the treadmill at 15 incline, 4.7 miles per hour, then one hour of weights, followed by half an hour of Abs, 3 times a week for sure, sometimes 4 times a week.
