| I like Pilates, but I'm trying to get into running. I'm gonna start the C25K (Couch to 5K) program soon, but I need to break in my insoles first (I have flat feet, which sometimes causes shin splints) so I want to make sure I'm prepared before starting the program. |

| I love spinning classes & hot yoga, but the elliptical is always good for a quick workout. |

The Elliptical and weight-training ROCK! When I do these, I get sleeker, wear smaller clothes sizes, and my face clears up and just glows. It's also kept me from getting ulcers due to work stress (conjecture, but, it's a critical stress-reliever for me). |

| My favourite is 45 minutes of fast walking on the treadmill at 15 incline, 4.7 miles per hour, then one hour of weights, followed by half an hour of Abs, 3 times a week for sure, sometimes 4 times a week. |
