"I wanted to congradulate you on packaging the order well.....and for putting in the correct products. I've had 4 suppliers this week send me damaged product, the wrong product and communication was poor. Its nice to see someone knows what the heck they're doing.
You packaged the product well..... and the product was what you said it was (you didnt do a bait and switch) and you included samples which are worthy.... thank you for doing such a good job.
